Dear Sir or Madam,

We are contacting you on behalf of the University of Bristol Medic Wine Tasting society. We are wanting to hold an event at your venue during a weekend in February or March and were hoping you would be available to host the event.

We will have a committee on the day to help set up. We will be using plastic wine glasses so there will be no risk of broken wine glasses.

We hold this event every year and has very good reviews.

Please could you get back to us with an estimate of how much the venue would be on for a night and the capacity of people if you are interested with working with us.
