Dear Sir or Madam,
We are looking for field in which to host a gathering of around 230 people. We are also looking to erect a marquee on the field, but we will provide all add-ons such as speakers, port-a-loos and the marquee. We would ideally like to do this on a Friday or Saturday but are not restricted to any particular weekends. Thank you for time and I hope you can help us out.
