With influences from Sinatra to Cee Lo, '60s to Samba, and Wham to Winehouse, the Jazz Dynamos are a full-time, professional band, playing parties, weddings, and corporate events.
We have performed at spectacular wedding parties in the UK, Italy, Switzerland, Greece, France, Germany, Belgium, Cambodia and Mauritius - over the past 15 years we have played at well over 1000 private parties, as well as major public venues such as 3 sold out gigs at the world famous Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club over the last couple of years.

In 2011, due to a prior booking, we had to turn down an invitation to play at a Royal wedding - for Zara Phillips & Mike Tyndall - but have been fortunate to play for both British and Hollywood Royalty on a number of other occasions, as well as for some of the biggest companies on the planet - for companies such as IBM, Sony, Hewlett Packard, Mercedes, Accenture, De Beers etc - in Paris, Berlin, Rome, Monte Carlo, Prague, and at the opening of the new Four Seasons Hotel in Azerbaijan.
Princes William and Harry led the applause for the band when we played at the wedding of Lady Tamara Grosvenor and both Sir Paul McCartney and Sir Anthony Hopkins have booked the band to play at private parties of theirs. In fact Sir Paul McCartney enjoyed the band so much the first time, he booked us again the next year, and this time joined the band on stage to perform a few songs.

When playing for dancing at a function we play a range of music from Jazz and rat pack Swing through classic dance/soul sounds of the 60s and 70s to recent hits such as Get Lucky, Treasure, Happy etc...so something for everyone to get the dancefloor full throughout the evening.

Alternatively we can provide entertaining background music for a reception or dinner.

Line-up is usually either a 4 or 5 piece : female vocalist and/or male guitarist/vocalist, plus keyboard, double bass, drums.

This band is SO MUCH MORE than simply a swing band, and, also SO MUCH MORE than just another party band!
