We work within the M25, Hertfordshire and the Home Counties and have experience of catering events up to 200+ guests.

Our Chef Director, Jean-Luc Sainlo is a French born and trained chef who has trained and worked in the highest quality Michelin starred restaurants. He has worked on brigades for both Gordon Ramsay and Jean-Christophe Novelli as well as heading up his own brigades at prestigious London establishments including the Arts Club in Dover Street.

Colleen Sainlo supports the business, providing support and a regular point of contact for clients throughout the planning of their event.
