Spaces for Hire

Whether you are looking to host a small camping party, a wedding or festival we are able to host your event at an affordable rate.

Our indoor and outdoor spaces are versatile and have been used for a variety of fun and special events including weddings, festivals, cricket matches, 21st birthday parties, team building, theatre productions, fairs, christmas sales, dog shows and car boot sales.

The Bull Pen, our 2 acre field, sits at the front of the farm with a capacity for 400 people. The field is within easy access of the road and surrounded by wooden post and rail making the space feel inclusive. Bull Pen can also be used for parking up to 150 cars when you hire Pastures Pond.

Pastures Pond has a backdrop of the farm house making it a beautiful setting. The lawn in front of the house is perfect for wedding photos.

The Colonel's Copse is situated within Pastures Pond and can be used as a woodland area as part of your event.

The vast 7,000m2 space with its 20ft high ceilings, the Main Arena converts perfectly into an exhibition hall for up to 1000 visitors. There is ample free parking on site and easy access via the M3 near Basingstoke.

The arena works very well as large party space, accommodating up to 400 seated guests with adjoining access to a bar.

The Sports Bar overlooks the main arena. This is ideal for parties for up to 70, or meetings for up to 30 people, especially if you are looking to create an exclusive environment. The Sports Bar can be styled in a variety of set ups, allowing you to have the perfect space for your event.

We have a number of items available for hire for use at events held at the farm. This is includes:
- Hay or straw bales: £4.00 per bale.
- Standard Trestle Tables: £5.00 per table
- 5 Foot Round Tables: £5.00 per table
