Dear Sir or Madam,
Hi. we are looking for a place to have a medium-large party in. It needs to have good access be suitable for live bands to perform in/from. There will be around 100-150 guests varying in age, the venue ideally will have an open policy to well behaved dogs and have use of washroom facilities. Also grant permission to have a large BBQ for a hog roast and a few smaller ones for vegetables (weather permitting of course). The date at present is September 10th 2015. Does this sound like something that you would be happy to agree to? PS The event is an untraditional wedding party, by this we mean no formality please. We'd like it to feel like a festival more than a wedding reception. Also our budget is fairly limted as we are paying for it ourselves. We would like to have a warm loving bohemian party/festival to celebrate our special day in a romantic tumble down way. Thank you for your time and hope to hear from you shortly.
