Dear Sir or Madam,
I am currently looking for a venue for our wedding reception next year. Myself and my fiancee are both very outdoor people and are really hoping to find something like a barn or a venue with plenty of outdoor space, we are quite keen to do as much of the decorations ourselves as possible and are ideally looking for a weekend date in June or July 2015.
It would be brilliant if there were plenty of room for parking as we will inviting around 100 guests and possibly looking to hire a party bus/coach. We're not looking for accommodation on site necessarily but options available near by would be good as some guests will be travelling a fair distance.
