hampshire field request

Hello, My partner and I are originally from Alton and looking to get married there in july. We have already booked the registry office for july 11 but would like to have a party in a field locally for our wedding reception/party. We would like to offer the option of people camping but this is not essential. The average age of attendee will be 50 years old as this is second time around for both of us. And there will be about 100 people attending but I think only up to 20 tents as many guests will be local. Please let me know if this might be possible and the cost involved as we are trying to do it on a budget - isn't everyone?! We run our own bnb at our house and understand about respect of other people's property etc. Thanks for your consideration.
