Dear Sir or Madam,
We are a rugby team that requires a location for an after party, after our end of season dinner. We need the bare minimum, a field with a marquee or a large room. We have 150 in our party. We would need it from around 9pm to 3am on Friday/Saturday 2/3rd May 2014.
Rugby players will be in black tie.
