Dear Sir or Madam,
We are in the very early stages of planning our wedding and are looking for a venue for the reception. Ideally a site for a marquee or a lovely barn with room for a sit down meal for approx 120 and dancing afterwards. We'd prefer to provide our own booze etc. We are in our 30s and would respect anywhere we were lucky to celebrate at. We are not interested in hotels/conference venues.
