Dear Sir or Madam,
We are planmning our son's 18th party. We do not require a sit-down-meal set up as they will only have finger-buffet food and more than likely a mobile bar (if there is not one onsite). The ages are 18 to 25 and a minimum of two licensed door men/security will be employed for the night.
As parents, we will be on site along with four of our friends.
No children and no adult under 18 will be attending this function. All guests will have wristbands for age verification.
