Dear Sir or Madam,

We are holding a christmas corporate lunch at our HQ in Watford and we are ideally looking for a small choir to entertain us with some background music whilst everyone gathers before the speeches from the board members.

There will then be games afterwards before our two nominated charities come to collect the fundraising that we have been doing over the year - the local press is also looking to be in attendance so could provide some great exposure to the local community.
