Dear Sir or Madam,
We are looking to rent a venue for a party for upto 65 guests. We would like to be able to come in and decorate ourselves (probably the day before) and can clean up the following day. A license to sell alcohol would be preferred but not essential (providing we can bring our own, although some way to keep it cool would be advantageous).
If you have tables / cutlery available, that would also be required please. Other possible features may include a large BBQ facility (or space for us/a caterer to set up a BBQ), and car parking for around 30-40 cars. A huge bonus would be having a hotel / accommodation within a short walking distance.
We are quite open to different venue types, so anything will be considered.
