Dear Sir or Madam,
I am looking to propose to my girlfriend on the 20th of December and the idea a group of people standing by St Pauls Cathedral signing Christmas Carol. I'll get her to go up to you to take a picture and at the point, the choir will stop and start signing John Legend's All of Me and signal my proposal. At the point she says yes, the group would sign A Thousand Years and that would be the closure.
Please let me know if you can accommodate this. I expect this to only be a 15 minute programme and I'll arrange for a friend to videograph everything.
