Dear Sir or Madam,
Looking for a venue to hold a civil ceremony with no more than 50 day guests and approximately 100 evening guests. Dates are fairly inflexible due to my job, therefore only considering either Saturdays in November/December of 2016, or dates between 21st to 31st December 2016.
Would prefer if the venue offers the option for food trucks as this would perhaps reduce our own costs but if not then reasonably priced wedding breakfast for the day guests and finger buffet for evening guests.
