Barn needed for charity fundraiser

Dear Sir or Madam,

We are looking for a Barn to hire for a charity Barn Dance in the Guildford/Surrey area. We will be providing our own alcohol (not selling), food, music, entertainment, decorations and management of the day.

Please do let me know the following:
1. What time music needs to be off?
2. What time the building needs to be vacated by?
3. If we can do the larger clearing up the following day? (We will do much before we leave on the evening).
4. If you have any restrictions in anyway?
