Dear Sir or Madam,
We are looking to hold a party with around 140 people towards the end of summer 2017 (hopefully a Saturday in September, but we are flexible). We would hope to be able to set up our own sound system and lighting for the evening. We would hope to start the fun in the afternoon, with food (perhaps a hog roast, for example). As you can see, we are flexible!
