Dear Sir or Madam,
We're looking for a suitable place to host our wedding. It can be as simple as an open space in a barn or hall for us to decorate ourselves, but it would be preferable if some features are provided (e.g. tables, chairs etc.), or more inclusive. It would be great if there are additional services that can be included and/or accommodated but not essential. At present we're simply trying to see what is available in this area.
