To whom it may concern,
I am enquiring as to whether I would be able to hire venue for a prom after party on the 10th of may, for the Ashcombe school. There would be approximately 150 people attending and the preferable time would be from 11:30 – 4am but we expect most people to start leaving at about 3. Our school has also issued rules in regards to the after party as we are still representing our school and people will be sent home if their behaviour is unacceptable. We would have a clean up crew organised to make sure the field is left clean afterwards and have arranged for there to be bouncers for the whole night.
