Elvis impersonator

Dear Sir or Madam,
I need an Elvis Look-alike to make a video dressed as
Elvis reading a short script which will be shown in 12
different dental practices. The video will be exactly the
same for each dental practice, bar the name of the practice
and the date that the Elvis event will be held at their
practice. This gig involves no transport. I just need to see a sample
before I can pay for the 12 different videos to be made.
