Dear Sir or Madam,

I am enquiring in regards to your space/venue.

I work for an events company in London and currently planning a 40th birthday party for a client. The details are as follows;

Date: 2nd September 2017
Number of guests: 150


· Require space for 150 people for seated BBQ platter in banquet style seating.
· Space needed for dancing area (barn dance style)
· 2x activities (Photo booth area, archery)
· Outdoor seating
· Camping/ glamping provided by event management company

Could you please advise whether this is something you would be able to accommodate and whether you have any availability on this date.
